Welcome to Goshen Animal Clinic boarding!

Important Holiday and Peak Boarding view

While boarding with Goshen Animal Clinic, we will make every effort to ensure your pet is comfortable and happy.  We provide all of the following services to make their visit stress free and fun.

Fresh bedding is provided for every animal as needed and kennels are sanitized twice daily

All animals are fed the highest quality foods and have unlimited access to fresh water

Cats are given fresh litter daily

Dogs are taken outside to our fenced runs for exercise and to relieve themselves at least 3 times a day.

All animals are continually monitored for signs of distress or illness

If your pet requires regular medicines, we will be happy to continue the therapy in your absence. (additional fees do apply)

We now offer “Pet Music” continually playing in our kennels.  This is music specifically composed to sooth animals and reduce the anxiety commonly associated with separation from the family.

All of our boarding areas are climate controlled for the comfort of your pet.

We have separate boarding areas for dogs and cats.

Medical and/or emergency care from licensed veterinarians.  There will either be a veterinarian on site or on call 24 hours a day.

Sick animal isolation area.

Our kennels and cat boarding areas are large enough to accommodate the smallest of animals and the largest.  If you have multiple dogs and wish for them to board together, arrangements can be made.  (see your receptionist at admittance)

Plenty of treats and tender loving care available 24 hours a day!

Policies
For your convenience and for the safety of all the animals in our facility, please read the following list of policies for animals boarding with us.  Our goal is to provide a stress free and comfortable environment for your pet to enjoy when you need to be away from home.

We require all boarding pets to be current on their vaccinations.  If documented proof is not available, vaccinations will be updated while the animal is boarding.  Dogs are required to have Rabies, Distemper (DHLPPC) and Bordatella ( every 6 months).  Cats are required to have Rabies, Distemper (FVRCP) and Feline Leukemia (FELV).  For the protection of your pet and others in the kennel, animals that enter the facility with fleas will be treated at the owners’ expense.

If your pet receives regular medication, we will be happy to continue the therapy in your absence.  Please make sure we receive the medications with instructions at the time of admittance. A fee for administering the medication will be assessed to the boarding fee.

We provide all animals boarding in our facility a complete and balanced diet.  Dogs receive Eukanuba Low Residue and cats are fed Proplan Total Care.  If your pet has a special diet that you wish for us to maintain, feel free to bring the food with instructions at the time of admittance.

Dogs are taken outside in our fenced runs for exercise and to relieve themselves a minimum of 3 times a day.  Do not be surprised if they receive more attention though.  Our entire team takes every opportunity to play and give attention to the animals in our care.

If we feel your pet is in need of medical attention while in our care, we will first attempt to contact you before starting treatment.  If a medical emergency for the pet arises, they will be treated immediately with every effort being made to contact you in the process.  Sick animals are kept in a separate wing from the general population.

For your convenience, we can often coordinate medical and surgical procedures as well as grooming for your pet with their stay in our facility.  These arrangements do need to be made prior to admittance.

Please inform the admitting receptionist if your pet has any behavioral issues we need to be aware of ( biting, chewing, fence jumper, etc.).

Payment for your pet’s stay is due at pick up.
